is off to a final walkthrough and then a closing this afternoon.

reviewing the client file and docs to making sure my closing tomorrow will be smooth like butter.

is in early negotiations on a deal for a client.

Just posted a new listing and am now full throttle with the marketing!

Is writing up a contract(!) and getting psyched to go to the Gonzaga vs. Memphis game tomorrow!
